Ultrasound Scans
A high quality scan is often of paramount importance in diagnosing many gynaecological problems, including some gynaecological cancers. Mr Mahfouz works with a team of experienced female doctors and sonographers who undertake gynaecological scans on his behalf.
Facilities are readily available for CT and MRI scans, should these be recommended. Ultrasound scans are available in 3D and 4D, and can be undertaken with saline infusion to detect any symptoms of gynaecological cancers.
